It gives us great pleasure to announce that the Collaborative Research Centre for Nanotechnology (SFB 917) "Resistively Switching Chalcogenides for Future Electronics -- Structure, Kinetics, and Device Scalability: Nanoswitches" has been awarded funding from the German Research Foundation (DFG) till 2019. Research in advanced principles for storage technologies has been distinguished through worldwide interest and spectacular successes due not least to contributions by our SFB 917.
